Progress in campaign doesn't save if i don't connect to internet

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

The problem happens only when I play the campaign and the laptop is disconnected to the network. When I reconect the laptop to internet and reopen the game the progress of the campaign isn’t saved as well as the saved games. I guess it’s a problem related with the sync to the count of Microsoft, but i’m not sure, and don’t know how to fix it.

I know there’s a topic about the progress of the campaign, but i think that it’s important to focus in diferent reasons why this happens, and the problems in these topic are very varied, some so different, some so similar.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Close the game
  2. Disconnect the computer from internet
  3. Re-open the game
  4. Play a scenario of a campaign and complete it, this to see the progress
  5. Close the game
  6. reconnect the computer to internet
  7. Re open the game
  8. open the menu of the campaign and see your progress is lost
  9. also happens with the saved games
