I‘m in game, 4vs4 multiplayer, right now and after lagging in the beginning it started to freeze completely. Then it said „connection lost“ after a few seconds „reconnected“. But nothing happened. Can’t move my mouse either. It keeps switching between connection lost and reconnected. I can hear the game still though. I know I already reported this before, but it’s different now so.. I thought I should do it again. Sorry for my teammates. They probably think I’m afk. Can‘t even leave the game..

We have had a few patches out to address this. We recommend getting the latest patch and fully rebooting your PS5 afterwards. If this issue is still occurring, please visit our site for further steps you can take to resolve this.
If there’s still issues after updating, then it would be very helpful to share a video of the freezing with our Support team. This will help the team continue investigating.
