England is much stronger than the Malians. In this match Malians never attacked and have a very bad economy and troops. England also built Wonder and Malians are still sitting in their base and do nothing. This is the maximum difficulty of the AI 
Malians AI cornered and the British continue to expand their empire.
Chinese vs Ottomans - same thing
