[PUP] - No visual confirmation when garrisoning units inside Ottoman Bombard

The visual confirmation (white flashing) when ordering a unit to garrison inside an Ottoman Bombard was missing in the PUP.

Probably not an intentional change as it helps differentiate when you have a few bombards bunched together.
