Issue: You can use the aztec age 3 gp purge from itzpapalotl on hero citizens from atlantean as they have the hero tag. You cannot use it on normal citizens or other economic units. This seems unintended and unfun to play against a god power that can kill 7 villagers when it was specifically designed to not be useable against normal villagers.
