Does anyone know the likely reason these guys were cut? The Qing Rider with his bonus against siege weapons sounded interesting. And who doesn’t love a guy with a bow on horseback 
Given what we have seen of the upcoming faction, my theory is that they were cut from the Chinese so that similar units could be reserved for the Japanese, so there would not be too much overlap between the two.
That’s a possibility. I was wondering if it meant they made more units than other Civs as being the reason?
