Central America and at least part of the Caribbean have same price as US. I paid full price for all AoE3 content I own. I speak fluent English and decent French, but I am always thrilled to watch videos about AoE3 in Spanish. Ithink acknowledging the size of the Spanish speaking community and the huge following of their streamers is just plain old business common sense and far from unreasonable.
