the game keeps crashing whenever we find a Match in quickplay

It’s because of your Elo you are to good for quickplay you should play ranked. Told you already 100 times. Adminds finaly listend to me and fixed this in this patch! Good job

We are investigating crashes when joining a Quick Play match. This is being tracked in the Known Issues & Solutions and is currently under investigation.

i am having the same problem after update.Ä° can not play quick play,game crush when the match found!

only need to wait about 1 month (or 2 or 3) for the next fix!

We released Hotfix 113358 earlier today. This should fix issues crashing while queuing for Quick Play.

Hi, my game still crash.

This is a good opportunity to ignore quick play and go to ranked.
Except if you are trying to play against AI, because that is not available in ranked.

I really dont know why people want to play in quick play for playing against humans. Quick play is just worse then playing in ranked for playing against humas.

Same here, quick play lobby crashes 100% of the time. Its a part of the game that cant be accessed since a longer time… fixing a fully dysfunctional game mode should be a priority.

Hello everyone. We just released an update which should resolve freezing on the Match Found screen in Quickplay games if a certain number of team maps were banned. I’ve put a link to our blog post about the update below:
