Quick Play - data mods not allowed - lack of indicator

Issue:

When trying to queue for quick play, a message pops up about enabled mods that are considered “data mods” and thus are not allowed for matchmaking.

There is no indicator that tells the player what mods are affecting this in mod manager or in the error message.

Trigger Event:

queueing for quick match with data affecting mods

Repro Steps:

1. Enable multiple mods, including those that might affect matchmaking
2. Try queueing for matchmaking
3. See the pop-up message and mod manager for any indication of which mods are preventing matchmaking

This has been resolved in update 17.30764. An icon indicating if mod is safe to play is now present.
