Game just went back to menu when loading a ranked match and made me lose ELO.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Queue a ranked match and join it. While loading, the game will lead you back to menu.

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

The video says all, it’s me in the clip. Ranked match, load screen with no information whatsoever then goes to the main menu. Would be glad if the ELO loss was refunded (10 points), but I know that’s mostly not possible, so just wish not having to go through this again. Thanks.
