Hello guys,
Often it i Play ranked Games my Wins are Not a win it count as a loose today i won to Games and got to more Looses please fix this and help thank you.

Sometimes the server might run slow and the elo points calculation is not done instantlly but on further games, so it can happen that if you lost more points in previous games than the ones earned when you win, you have a negative count. Is this the issue you are having?
