Razia Sultan(na?) Incorrect information?

So I’ve been doing the civ masteries and while doing the Delhi ones I saw the person “Razia Sultana” mentioned. Upon doing some (admittedly very basic) research into her, it seems the information given about her may be incorrect?

Under her “fun fact” it says her name is Razia Sultana and goes onto say "…and she became the first female sultan (or sultana) of Delhi in 1236.

While some sources say “sultana” is the feminine of the title “sultan”

Many other sources say it is not, and that she in fact rejected such a title because it actually referred to the female relative of the sultan or his ######### See: Razia Sultana - Wikipedia
Under “Names and Titles”: " Razia’s name is also transliterated as Raḍiyya[1] or Raziyya.[2] The term “Sultana”, used by some modern writers, is a misnomer as it means “the king’s wife” rather than “female ruler”. Razia’s own coins call her Sultan Jalalat al-Duniya wal-Din or as al-Sultan ########## Raziyat al-Din bint al-Sultan. The Sanskrit-language inscriptions of the Sultanate call her Jallaladina, while near-contemporary historian ###################################################### calls her Sultan Raziyat al-Duniya wa’l Din bint al-Sultan [3] or Sultan Raziyat al-Duniya wa’l Din bint al-Sultan.[4] Another masculine title padshah(badshah) was also given to Razia.[5][6]"

In addition, this web article also does away with calling her “sultana”, indicating that it was seen as an insult: Razia Sultan: The First, and Last, Female Ruler of the Delhi Sultanate

Now, I have not done a ton of research on her, but a preliminary search suggests that her title and name and description in game may be incorrect.

*edit some words copied and pasted from articles were censored, they are merely the old term for mistress besides the wife, nothing sinister.

Thank you.
