Re-Downloading all mods on game launch

Issue: Re-Downloading all mods on every launch of the game. Every time I load into the game all of the mods I am subscribed to start re-downloading. Its unnecessary because I just redownloaded all of them the previous time I played the game.

Trigger Event: Launching the game.

Repro Steps: Booting or rebooting the game.

Now in december 2025 i have this topic again.

Game Version uptodate, with all DLC purchased.

Have already fully reinstalled the game, but still same topic. ALSO DELETED ALL MY MODS.

Every time i start the game, i have to wait 10-15min untill my Mods are all re-downloaded again.
