I was in ranked matchmaking. The games freezes then drop the game. System thinks i leave the game and gives the penalty on me. Today it happened to me 3 times and i have 1 hr penalty for system bug.

Make ranked matchmaking

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. make matchmaking
  2. wait
  3. get your penalty free

Hi @ChuChuBanana !

Where you maybe checking civs when you found a match? That is a known issue, not sure if that is the case for you

Hi again
It is when the match found and players cant connect to server. It happened to me in a day 3 times. But i dont think it is usual bug. Nowadays it happens less.
