Is it real or just a trap?
Yes, they use SurveyGizmo, and these frequently appear in the spam list. You can research the address info below the “Unsubscribe” link to verify it is from MS. You can also see their contact “@microsoft.com” email.
It should not be promising free copies of games or free money or anything else other than “potential access” to the beta. Doing the survey does not guarantee access.
Remember not to share any info publicly about the beta.
