Refreshing beverages have no effect on USA outlaws charged actions cold down. It is still 30 second cold down after researching refreshing beverages that makes it useless.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game as USA
  2. Train Cowboys as outlaws unit and test their cold down time of charged actions
  3. Research refreshing beverages and test it again

Hi, thanks for your reply, please read my other two bug reports that need to be tracked also.

I tested it out and it seems it only doesn’t work for Cowboys. Owlhoots and gunslingers get the 10 second charged ability cooldown, but Cowboys get stuck with 30 seconds.
