Hello,

Game is randomly crashing and shuts down completely every time I try to play. The crash occurs randomly at any point after launching the game. For example, it can occur 40 mins into a game, while searching for a game, or even just launching the game. None of my other games are having this issue only AOE 4. When I look at windows event viewer the only information provided is; release_10_1_0_RTM_Gaming.Desktop.x64. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, checked all my drivers, scanned and repaired the game files, and tested my PC with other games. I am at a loss. I really do like this game and I have been a avid and loyal player/customer. I hate to have to just give up on it due to an issue with the game itself.

I’m glad to know that others out there are having the exact same issue. 10_1_0_RTM_x64 and it has left me unable to play the game. The game crashes nearly every time I launch or within a few minutes of starting a game. My PC is well beyond the capabilities to play the game. I uninstalled the game countless times, updated all drivers. I’ve even gone as far as hard resetting my entire PC.

The support team has to respond to our requests and provide some help. I haven’t been able to play in days.
