Remove reusable gp's & bring back blocking of gp's,

I’m not a Greek or Eggy player but imo cf’ing a/e is not fair… it’s an age 2 and 3 gp being blocked by a Greek age 2 gp.

The dev’s argument is probably going to be cf cost blah blah favor and a/e total favor is blah blah, this argument can’t be used because the Greek players are calling the shots. He’s the one who decides to screw over your gp or use it defensively. The fact that a Greek player gets to call the shots is what make this situation unfair.

As a Norse player, you move into your opponent’s base and use FW and they can CF… you have no choice but to leave now because 7-10s left of the already nerfed fw isn’t going to do much in their base.

On TT, we would go winter just to use FW, now you’re risking age 3 and 4 power vs a Greek age 2 power.

You could pressure them to use it early but guess what? lol they’ll just buy another one and screw your fw push.

This isn’t an issue for 1v1 player but in 3v3 TG, they’ll always be a Greek player waiting to CF you.

This is probably why Magyar decided not to bother with this game, it’s so unpredictable, no professional gamer would invest time on Retold.

You know what really annoys me about fimbul winter? When you’re playing 3v3, 4v4, or with 8 players all against each other, and you end up in a situation where there are 4 or 5 Nordic gods with FM. After 15-20 minutes of gameplay (players built a WONDERS ), they start using Fimbul Winter, and you literally have winter for the entire game, and of course, you can’t just defend yourself against the wolves with your military units ,you are already defending yourself from the enemy army…

No, they should not remove the reusable GP.

But what they need to do is start to balance the GP in the cooldown of them instead of cost. Disruptive god powers like Fimbulwinter need a VERY high cooldown like 600 seconds (instead of current 240 seconds).

You normally are restricted from using a power again because of the cost. This should not be the case, specially how Wonder slash the cost and boost your production so you can use anything everytime.

Wrath of the Gods should of been a new game mode with all these changes from the old game.
