Replays result in (almost) black screen

Issue:

When loading a replay (multiplayer) the loading screen is already black, but with a loading bar. And then when it’s done loading the screen stays black. I can sometimes see some vague ‘light’ of a mythic unit or bird or something and I can hear the select building sound when I drag my mouse around, but I can’t see anything. When pressing esc the menu also doesn’t come up, there is no UI whatsoever. I have to force close the game with steam (or task manager). I can press alt-f4 and the exit menu does come up.
Oh and when I press alt some health bars appear, see screenshot:

Trigger Event:

Loading any replay from multiplayer (might be single player as well, I didn’t try)

Repro Steps:

1. Load replay
2. Observe blackness
