I’ve had multiple instances of the same player dodging queue after queue or instantly resigning making it take over 30 minutes to play a game. In multiple instances of reporting I have opened the game to the message that no action has been taken over my report. I would consider this griefing, it ruins the game for everyone else involved and it says that reports are taken seriously when they are made. I think that reports are not taken seriously, is there any way to make a real complaint about this player?

I’d sooner they just be able to ban any map they don’t want to play. It’d improve the experience for all. There may be legitimate cases of these players trying to lower their elo, but in most cases, players don’t like a lot of maps and will only want to spend their valuable time playing maps they like. I personally just play the map regardless, but I’d suggest devs allow unlimited map bans to solve this frustration.
