Delhi sultanate were foreign attackers who stayed and ruled for some time . They don’t represent native dynasties .
There were gupta Empire , rajputs , Marathas , Sikh empires and more . A lot of native empire , which were ignored .
Atleast in aoe3 they had units, and minnor settlements dedicated to those , but in this there is none .
It’s like making east india company to represent India as they also ruled for 200 years
