Hey all,
I started my modding adventure this weekend and immediately went into trying to realize a game mode i have in mind.
Would it be possible to make ingame testing easier (for instance make the Build & Launch option work)? or is there already an easier way then having to simply restart the game for every tweak? As I’m only still figuring out the SCAR logic its a lot of back and forth between script and testing one specific tweak; line for line.
Im open to any tips to improve my testing workflow !

I second this motion
I currently have the same predicament with a mode / mission I have imagined in detail but have only made small progress towards realising a unique(though simple in theory) objective/win condition via SCAR and .rdo/LUA interfaces in the editor.

The scripting method provides an inspiring level of customization potential with a great IDE. Though getting familiar with specific syntax and nuances requires a frustrating level of trial and error for the less-savvy, but equally inspired,(and aspiring) age4 modders such as myself.
