In the historical battle, “The Era of the Princes”, researching Ark of the Covenant does not give monasteries the influence producing ability. Pic below:
Notice that I have researched “The Ark of the Covenant”, but mountain monasteries on depleted mines produce nothing. This is true for the four monasteries that you have to explore out as well as the ones that you may build yourself. It could also just be an UI issue.

I have played the historical battle only once - I’m reporting from the one time I played it.

List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Play the “Era of the Princes” historical battle.
- After destroying the granaries in the first part of the mission, take over the TC of green. Advance to the industrial age. (and pick Habesha allies at some stage to advance).
- Research the “Ark of the Covenant” tech. Notice no influence production in monasteries.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
Monastery should produce influence after the Ark of the Covenant is researched.
