How can I resize the launcher so it is the standard 640x480? I tried resizing the default launcher images but all it does is stretch them to the size of the default launcher.

Probably the aspect ratio of the images has to be cropped correctly with an image processing program before.

I like the fact that it is big, it makes it look more majestic.
