Resources are unaverage distribute on map and random standard map are always only 3~4 maps

I don’t know this belongs to bug or not, but is crazy.

Standard map also only Hokkaido, Korea and some maps, very few maps in the random list.

In most maps there is irregularity in the distribution of resources and poor positioning of the commercial routes.
