I was hovering with a blueprint of a tc and clicked to place it down as the same time someone paused (I am not sure if I clicked to place the tc before or after the pause), when the game resumed my resources for the tc were spent, but there is no tc on the map that I can interact with. And I cannot build any buildings at the location where my blueprint last hovered (which is also tc-sized).
When I watched the replay, the resources were not spent, and there were no indications on where I put down the tc.
