Restart in skirmish doesn't work

Issue: When playing skirmish, clicking “restart” doesn’t restart the scenario, but the game simply goes to the latest save. If I click “restart” I want to be able to restart from the beginning of the scenario, not continue from the previous save.That’s what “restart” means.

Repro Steps: Start skirmish. Play a bit. Save. Click “Restart” and see what game does.

I tried restarting several times. Game doesn’t actually restart. It goes back to my last save.
