ISSUE EXPERIENCED
DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL (below). LIMIT TO ONE BUG PER THREAD.
The two Return of Rome campaigns ported from Age of Empires DE (Ascent of Egypt & The First Punic War) have intro cinematics, but do not have exit cinematics. It just skips straight to the score screen. This is despite there being exit cinematic text from the Age of Empires DE.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- In Return of Rome, go to Campaigns
- Make sure you are on the “Age of Empires” tab
- Start any scenario of Ascent of Egypt or The First Punic War
- Watch or skip the intro cinematics
- Win the scenario (or use the
home run
cheat) - Notice how there are no exit cinematics and it just skips straight to the score summary
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
After winning the scenario, a cinematic in the same style as the beginning cinematic plays, using the same text and voiceover as Age of Empires DE.
Here is a mockup of what I expect it to look like.
In Age of Empires DE, the last campaign showed a special end cinematic. Something like that could be done in Return of Rome. Here is a mockup.
My expectation is that the last scenario shows something like one of the two mockups; it could be the same background as the opening cinematic, or it could be the special ending to signify the campaign conclusion as in AOE1DE.
