I completed all of the season 9 event challenges but didn’t get any of the portraits, the lion above the rest monument, or the coat of arms rewards. Furthermore, I am unable to change my portrait, coat of arms, or monument. When I try to change the coat of arms it gives me an error message. When I try to change the monument or portrait it won’t save the changes. This is very frustrating as I’ve been completing all of the event challenges since the game was released. Please fix this.
Like you, I’m suffering tremendous damage without compensation.
I think it’s been over 2 years since I reported it, but the developers are still leaving this bug unattended lol I don’t know what the hell the developers are doing lol
I made a new account since my other one is bugged, but it really pisses me off cause it means I’ve lost all of my previous inventory, and I really liked the Season 2 monument of the Kraken.
I am facing the same problem as you, and many people have had this situation for several seasons. It is disgusting that the authorities are not taking action like this.
This issue has yet to be fixed, but the team has been investigating and believe they have now narrowed down the causes and will work to get these fixes put in place.
@Cobaltdragon913 Thank you for your update, I am glad to see that this issue hasn’t been forgotten.
Given the timing of your comment, it is unrealistic to expect a fix in the season 10 patch due in a few days, but I was saddened to see that the issue was not mentioned in the ongoing issues section of the season 10 update preview notes.
I hope we receive a fix sooner rather than later, as seeing the season end splash screen pop up every time I open the ranked menu is demotivating.
If it hasn’t been added already, I’ll see if I can get it added to the Known Issues Page.
Thanks for posting. It’s reassuring to know it will eventually be fixed. I wasn’t able to get the rewards from Season 8 or 9. It showed today that I should have the Platinum meteor portrait, but the item doesn’t show up in my inventory. It’s frustrating to not be able to get the rewards I’ve earned playing in ranked. Thanks again for the reassurance. I hope when it is fixed I’ll get the rewards I wasn’t able to but just being able to get future rewards in my inventory and being able to change which portrait, coat of arms, and monument I have will be good.

There hasn’t been any change, I don’t even want to play this game anymore.
I can’t imagine the official’s perfunctory attitude.
Such a small problem has been unsolvable for many years, and their technology is too weak to match their brand.
Considering that they didn’t develop a new DLC for the whole last year, I feel pessimistic about the future of the game.
I know that this continues to be a frustrating experience for all that are encountering it.
Unfortunately, the fix for this issue was not able to make it in for the Knights of Cross and Rose update today, but the developers are making progress on it and hope to have the fix included in the next DLC.
Will the bug be fixed in the next season’s patch for sure? You are well aware of the problem that not only omissions but also all existing rewards cannot be changed, right??
We know you’re not responsible for causing this frustrating experience, but at this point, we need a solid explanation from the developer we need to know more than what we already knew, why fixing this bug is taking so long possibly even until the next DLC drop, what are the technical difficulties in implementing this patch, What did we do to trigger this bug so others can avoid it?
We hope that the new DLC won’t be too long in coming

A lot of people, including me, had this problem before, and it took over a year to fix, but in the end, they got it sorted out. It’s too bad this issue is still popping up for some people…
It seems to be an old problem. I also haven’t received last season’s monument. I hope this bug gets fixed.
