I made a new account since my other one is bugged, but it really pisses me off cause it means I’ve lost all of my previous inventory, and I really liked the Season 2 monument of the Kraken.

I am facing the same problem as you, and many people have had this situation for several seasons. It is disgusting that the authorities are not taking action like this.

This issue has yet to be fixed, but the team has been investigating and believe they have now narrowed down the causes and will work to get these fixes put in place.

I know that this continues to be a frustrating experience for all that are encountering it. Unfortunately, the fix for this issue was not able to make it in for the Knights of Cross and Rose update today, but the developers are making progress on it and hope to have the fix included in the next DLC…
