Ribauldequin has leftover packing animation

The Ribauldequin was likely intended to be a set-up type of unit like those in CoH. But, it is clear that this changed somewhere along development to have it be a free moving unit. The problem is that, it still has a unpacking animation and it feels completely off to use due to that delay.

This is in addition to its delay before firing, and when you consider its short range, the Ribauldequin often dies before ever shooting off. This unpacking leftover code needs to be ironed out.
