When playing in Return of Rome mode, the “going above and beyond” cheat does nothing. Instead of allowing technologies to be researched multiple times, technologies can only be researched once.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Start a new game in Return of Rome with cheats enabled
- Type in
going above and beyond - Click on a building with a technology able to be researched (such as the Market)
- Click on a technology (e.g. Woodworking)
- Wait for it to be researched
Notice that the technology cannot be researched again, despite the code being enabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
As in the standard Age of Empires II mode, after typing in going above and beyond, technologies can be researched multiple times.
