In the list of balance changes for patch 83607:
it is not reported that Babylonians lose the iron age melee armor upgrades:
They had it in aoe1de:
In the tech tree view in the lobby as well as in game, they do not have them anymore:
We should either:
- notify in the patch notes that they lose the armor upgrades, or
- give them back the armor upgrades

The Assyrians lost access to alchemy, which they gained in update 46777.
Shang are listed to gain access to ballistics, which they already had since update 46777.
Actually all 3 tech tree changes from update 46777 have been silently reverted in the ror update 83607.
Meanwhile, the regular balance changes are considered:
- update 46777 decreases Legions hp from 160 to 140. update 83607 explicitely increases Legions hp from 140 back to 160.
- update 46777 decrease helepolis upgrade food cost from 1500 to 1200, update 83607 explicitely increases it back to 1500.
- update 46777 increase LongSword costs from 160f/50g to 250f/100g, update 83607 explicitely decreases it back to 160f/50g
- …
So even though these changes have also been reverted, they are mentioned in update 83607.
It seems that the only change kept from update 46777 is the elephant archer damage increase from 5 to 6, which reverts a change from the aoe1de update 38862.
Many aoe1de balance changes have been kept (engineering for assyrians, metalurgy for babylonians,…), so it is not like every change from aoe1de has been reverted either.

Maybe they took some older version as base, where these changes did not exist.
