arrow ship should have extra damage toward Blasting ship
but if Burning arrow is finish ，it will be replaced by huge extra damage toward towards building
and i dont know why，but if all technology is finish， the HP of arrow ship is 1200 rather than 800
I dont know how the extra 400HP happen
