Royal Bloodlines effect lost for new units if the university is destroyed

Reproduction:

  1. Research royal bloodlines at university
  2. Delete university
  3. Make a new scout or other unit, they have baseline health.
  4. Rebuilding university does not restore the health bonus.

Just got the same bug in my game. I confirm this. Even building 2 universities or so doesn’t restore bloodline !
