Rus Archer vs Springald Ship models are very similar, please differentiate them a little bit better.

Any simple modification would help a lot. For example, sails texture, just modify the game textures so that they have different sails. (i.e. paint red where it is white and white where it is red).

For all other civs it is very easy to spot, but it is pretty complicated playing against rus on water, it is hard to see which one is which during the skirmish.
