Rus - Horse Archer + Elite + Mounted Precision - Elite Horse Archers do not get +1 range from "Mounted Precision" upgrade

For Rus, Horse Archers can get the “Mounted Precision” upgrade in Imperial, which is supposed to give them +1 range. This works correctly for Castle Age “Horse Archers”, but Imperial Age “Elite Horse Archers” do not properly receive the +1 range. This is the case with or without Incendiary Arrows.

Specifically:

  • “Horse Archer”: 4.5 Range (Correct)
  • “Horse Archer + Mounted Precision”: 5.5 Range (Correct)
  • “Horse Archer + Incendiary Arrows + Mounted Precision”: 5.5 Range (Correct)
  • “Elite + Horse Archer”: 4.5 Range (Correct)
  • “Elite + Horse Archer + Mounted Precision”: 4.5 Range (Incorrect!)
  • “Elite + Horse Archer + Incendiary Arrows + Mounted Precision”: 4.5 Range (Incorrect!)

EXTRA NOTE: Mongol’s Khaganate Palace “Elite Horse Archers” also incorrectly have 4.5 Range with or without Incendiary Arrows.

If Horse Archers get the “Elite” upgrade first and then the “Mounted Precision” upgrade, it will not get a +1range. If the Horse Archers have completed Mounted Precision training before the Elite upgrade, then there are no bugs, please fix it.
