With the current event, I played some more water maps but noticed that often times, my produced ships get stuck at dock. They are unable to move anywhere, like they are blocked. It doesn’t seem to be happening with fishing ships, but only producing them and converting them no military ships doesn’t seem like a good solution.
I haven’t tried with another civ yet.
Same thing is happening to me. I am on XBOX and playing Russian CIV. Boats will get away at first but then deeper into the game - you build them and they get stuck at the dock. Now way to move them at all. Kills the game play as you can’t use the ships you just built. Makes it impossible to defend against on coming attacks.
Likewise, this only occurs in Imperial Age. It looks like the model of Rus imperial dock is larger, and the ships (specifically, the galleys) spawn inside the dock hitbox (?).
It’s been half year, new patch has been released and the problem hasn’t resolved yet as if this is some minor bug. It becomes impossible to play on sea maps
