In the Spanish base, they have a saloon to recruit mercenaries. They don’t seem to recruit them, but there’s the building there…

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play the campaign mission in Act 1: Temple of the Aztec

:question: The original game did not have a saloon in there and in any case, it is not the right time period, since it’s only supposed to be there in the Warchiefs expansion pack
It’s called a Tapas bar, so it’s likely new, but maybe use some other model?

The AI in the campaign can build saloons if they are a base game European civ. It’s been a bit of an issue since the warchiefs, the most extensive example being the AI building it in the second mission of Steel and using mercs like crazy
