Sappers for Burgundians and effect on Flemish Militia?

Hi guys,

Just a general question, Does the Sappers tech being researched by Burgundians for their villagers have any effect on the Flemish Militia unit? I can’t find any relevant information online in the wikia. If it does, how much/what is it? If not, should it?

Sappers + Supremacy is an available combination for the Spanish (correct me if I’m wrong), so should there be something similar for Sappers + Flemish Revolution?
