Not really sure if it’s buged or not, but under no condition I can feel any difference from an unupgraded compared to an upgraded english trebuchet in imperial age.
If it’s not buged, it needs some love since it doesn’t seem to be noticeable at all.

It doesn’t work at all afaik
This became very clear to me while doing the English mastery From The Skies. I don’t think the upgrade does anything.
