Scenario Request: Battle for the Boiling Isles

Hello! I would like to make a Random Map/Scenario Request. Can somebody use the below design to make a map for me? I have no idea how to use the scenario editor and would greatly appreciate seeing it made into a multiplayer and skirmish scenario. Thank you!

The good news is that to turn it into a skirmish map, you don’t need the scenario editor, you need to do Random Map Scripting.
The bad news is that you need to do Random Map Scripting.
