Issue:
This is not a major issue but in scenarios, shared buildings keep their Egyptian cost if player is Egyptian in editor, but selects different god for game
This is just generally problem with scenarios. From my testing I am fairly certain it doesnt work other way around (so Egypt → non-egypt is bugged but non-egypt → egypt works), but there might be other civs which are affected.
Some info on why this happens, is because the players are granted the starting/archaic age techs for the civilization selected in the editor even though they can pick their own civ when the scenario is played. And there are conflicting attributes such as the civs cost of buildings, etc. due to overrides in the techs themselves.
This is fine for campaign usage, but not for scenario. I suspect this is because the Editor civ selection is actually Setting the tech status inside the editor, due to the fact that you can set player’s 2-4th ages through this and it visually adjusts buildings visuals.
There should be a toggle to set players civs to the editor civ or not. OR just set player’s archaic/starting age techs upon starting the game rather than in the editor, which probably already happens as they are gaining both and perhaps the editor just needs to not set an archaic age techs at all.
