Scroll wheel zoom not inputting correctly

Issue:

Zoom level adjustment is bound to scroll wheel. Since the latest patch when inputting one scroll the game will zoom the appropriate amount quickly, then will continue to zoom in/out at a slower pace until reaching the max/min zoom level. When changing the hotkey to keyboard, the hotkey will work as intended. Also, after having changed the zoom hotkeys to keyboard keys the scroll wheel zooming was working as intended(even though unbound). After changing hotkeys back to the scroll wheel, the bug persists.

Trigger Event:

Anytime I adjust zoom level using the mouse scroll wheel (while zoom hotkeys are bound to scrollwheel), in ranked, skirmish and campaign.

Repro Steps:

Bound zoom in/out to scroll wheel up/down. Enter game. Adjust zoom.
