ISSUE EXPERIENCED
If I scroll by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, the scrolling works perfectly, it is absolutely smooth.
Although if I scroll with the minimap, there is a very high latency between the mouse position and the selection rectangle. In normal AoC there is absolutely no latency, in HD, there is a little, but in DE it is very high.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Always when I scroll view with the minimap.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Click on minimap and move the window rectangle.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window view should follow the mouse position on the minimap instantly, as in normal AoC.
