I am searching a low noob clan, so I can play with people with my skill. I am sick of getting bashed all the time.
Search on the lobby, you can fine (noobs only) games and most of them have noobs clans. In general if you play ranked you will only face guys have the same level of skill.

Pretty sure a lot of them are smurfs. Or they may consider themselves noobs, but they’re like 1600 elo, and they compare themselves to the very top.

What is your ELO in 1x1?

I’d recommend first to either play some ranked games RM 1v1 ane give your ELO, or some skirmishes vs AI and give the best AI you can consistently beat.
Noob is a ill defined word. Two different people have two different idea of what is a noob.
