It did pay out though, but didn’t get the awards.
@KingsmurfNL are you currently seeing the Seasonal challenges as available after the patch released today? I’d have to check on specific dates, but I believe the Festival of Ages closed last week—so obviously that would be weird and wrong

Separate from that, the name string itself not populating properly is usually a problem with our servers that we can look into.
