This hotkey does not work unless there is not active selection. I have to deselect everything by pressing escape for example before the hotkey selects my schools
Little bump so this doesnt get buried. Annoyimg bug for anyone who plays ottomans
since I requested this on steam, for my part my configuration both to rotate, and to select all the military schools, if it works for me
