Select all siegeworkshops bug with china

Issue: China siege workshops

(when using the select all siegeworkshops key with china, will only produce from the clocktower. This has been an issue since launch btw, i figured it would eventually get fixed, but it never did)

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. set “select all siegeworkshops” in the setting to a hotkey *ie f1
  2. make a siege workshop and the clocktower as china
  3. use your select all siegeworkshops key
  4. spam out a bunch of siege (will select the other siegeworkshops, but will only produce from clocktower
