Selecting AI as allies in Co-op scenario make the game worse

Selecting AI as allies in Co-op scenario results in dumpster fire :fire:of allies. I use the Tours Scenario for example. On a 100 max pop scenario, the allies create 79 villager, and spamming docks to make Galleon, I count they make at least 15 docks in that scenario. They did upgrade knight to paladin, but their land army is very disappointing.

My guess the default coop scenario will make the ai behave as random map ai, as same problems also exist in other historical battle coop scenario regardless if playing as player 1 or 2. For example in Hasting, allies refuse to make transport or warship and will not change diplomacy with Cyan, and in Kurikara they straight up never send the cart to the castle while the starting army go roam the whole maps.
